Project Description

This project was to create a kitchen living space within the garden. The previous basement was excavated to create a utility room and toilet.

Landscaping included a monoblocked driveway and entrance gates from the main road creating several onsite parking spaces.

Kitchen is underway and worktop templating has just been carried out. Finally getting out the ground with our project in Laverockbank after encountering a multitude of problems that kept me awake at nights. All’s well that ends well and it won’t be too long til we have a roof on this job. Looking forward to the next stage after completing all groundwork’s last week.

Another outstanding job from our resident Murrayfield Building Company plasterer Alan Leacock. The finished render is K-Rend TC15 in Limestone White. Alan rendered this whole house himself and his attention to detail is meticulous. Great work again and the clients have been singing Alans’ praises. 🎶 There’s only one Alan Leacock🎵
